We are looking for a Full Stack Developer

Location: Our office in the Rotermanni Quarter, Tallinn, Estonia, with partial remote work options.

We’re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to design and build a large-scale digital platform in our Tallinn, Rotermanni office. At least 5 years of experience and fluency in English and Estonian are required. 

You’ll work on a WordPress backend, a Next.js frontend, and various API integrations, using the latest tools and best practices to deliver a high-performing product that sets a new bar for reliability and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build a robust digital platform using WordPress, TypeScript, and Next.js to ensure clean, scalable architecture.
• Implement integrations using JSON, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL, securing data exchange through technologies like JWT or OAuth.
• Contribute to best practices for performance, security, and reliability—writing code that is well-documented, tested, and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate with designers, a technical project manager, and QA to build cutting-edge features, refine requirements, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Mentor and guide fellow developers, including code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of our development practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Extensive full-stack experience, ideally working with WordPress systems (PHP, MySQL), front-end frameworks (React/Next.js), and TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of API design and data handling (REST, JSON, GraphQL), plus familiarity with authentication methods like JWT and OAuth.
• Experience working with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• An analytical mind and good communication skills.
