Transformation programs
Sprint-like hands-on facilitated sessions to solve a specific task. Perfect for diverse teams and concrete challenges. Our task is to structure the discussion and ask questions that guide your team in developing answers.
One- or two-day learning experience designed to give a general knowledge and skills of the topic. We deliver trainings on service design, user experience, digital marketing, and application of the AI-tools to enhance those areas. Our trainings are hands-on and focus on teaching skills that are applicable to real life immediately.
This is our flagship format for teams ready to shift toward customer-centric innovation. The program runs as a bootcamp of 3–5 modules, combining learning sessions, real project work, mentoring, and expert support. Over 3–4 months, it builds the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to make new capabilities part of everyday work.
A typical workshop would last anything from 3 hours to a full workday.
The workshop is designed to walk you through a carefully selected method of problem-solving without the burden of theory.
The general rule is that a workshop should involve all the parties that will be impacted by the decision. We are accustomed to working with small groups of 4–5 people, as well as bigger teams of 20–25 people. The bigger the group, the more time is required for the discussion to reach a consensus, but we are happy to facilitate the discussion either way!
Short trainings are a great starting point when your team is new to a topic. You'll get a solid overview of the subject and walk away with practical skills you can apply right away.
Our trainers are Rethink's own team — practitioners first, educators second. We work with the same tools and methods we teach, every day, which means you get insight that's current and grounded in real experience. Many of our trainers also lecture at universities, so they know how to design sessions that are engaging, not just informative.
Absolutely. We've run plenty of successful online sessions and the experience translates well. If getting everyone in the same room isn't an option, we'll deliver a fully digital format — with the same mix of structured learning, hands-on teamwork, and open discussion you'd get in person.
We adjust the duration of the program towards the needs of each organisation. We see the best results when the program is 4 modules (6 days) long with mentoring going on for 2 months after the learning sessions are finished.
The program is designed to fit around your team's existing workload, not replace it. Typically teams invest 1–2 days per month in structured sessions, with lighter ongoing work in between. This makes the 3–4 month format sustainable without pulling people fully off their day jobs.
Most training gives people knowledge that fades within weeks because it never connects to real work. This program is designed around your actual projects from day one, so the learning sticks because it's immediately applied, not stored away for "later." The combination of structured sessions, mentoring, and expert support means gaps get filled in real time, not discovered after the fact. And because the whole team goes through it together, the mindset shift happens at a collective level.
Tell us your goals
We start with a conversation about your team, your context, and what you want people to walk away with.
We tailor the program
Every engagement is shaped around your team's level and objectives, not a generic curriculum pulled off a shelf.
Learn and apply
Sessions are built for doing, not just listening. Participants leave with tools, frameworks, and outputs they can use immediately.
