Brand identity design is the work of defining how a company presents itself: its positioning, voice, and story, expressed through a visual system that holds together across every channel and touchpoint. At Rethink, branding is one practice inside our Creative pillar. We work with companies and institutions across Estonia, Europe, and globally, often as part of a larger product or service engagement.

A typical brand identity at Rethink takes 4–8 weeks: 1 week discovery and positioning, 2–3 weeks visual exploration, 2–3 weeks system build and guidelines, 1 week handoff. Larger rebrands that include naming, strategy, or full digital rollout run 10–14 weeks, especially when branding is paired with product design or website work.

Every branding project is scoped after a discovery meeting. We look at your stage and sector, the brand's existing assets, your timeline, and what's actually in scope: positioning, naming, identity, guidelines, motion, digital touchpoints, packaging. After the meeting we send a fixed quote tailored to what you need.

Our branding work spans companies and institutions of all kinds, including healthcare providers, banks, government bodies, B2B SaaS companies, and consumer-service brands. We work with clients across Estonia, Europe, and globally.

UX design shapes how a product works: research, flows, information architecture, usability. UI design shapes how it looks and feels: layout, typography, color, components, motion. At Rethink we do both as one practice inside our Creative and Digital pillars: every screen we ship is researched, tested, and built on a real design system, on web and mobile.

We don't follow a fixed process. Every project starts with understanding what's actually needed, and we build the approach around that, no fixed templates, no placeholder flows. Research, definition, and design happen in the order and depth the project requires, confirmed with the client before we start building.

UX/UI projects are scoped after a kickoff meeting. Scope depends on the stage of the product (new launch or redesign of a live product), whether research and testing are included, whether we are building a design system, and how many platforms are in play. After the meeting we send a fixed quote tailored to your project.

Most of our UX/UI work is with healthcare providers, banks, government bodies, B2B SaaS, and large-scale digital services across Estonia, Europe, and globally. Examples include Confido (private healthcare), Coop Pank and Komercni Banka (banking), Government Office of Estonia (public e-services), Evocon (B2B SaaS) and much more.

A Rethink social media package can include content strategy, monthly content calendars, art direction, post and reel design, motion graphics, copywriting, community management, posting, and analytics. We work across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, choosing platforms based on where your audience actually is. Scope is shaped to your team, whether that means full operations or assets and direction for your in-house team to run.

We track reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and conversions, always tied back to your business goals rather than vanity metrics. Each month you get a short report with what worked, what didn't, and what we're trying next.

Social media is short-form, platform-native, and built for the algorithm: posts, reels, stories. Content marketing like blog posts, SEO, and newsletters is long-form and built to compound over time. At Rethink we treat social as a creative system inside our broader digital and creative work, so social campaigns connect directly to product, brand, and paid acquisition rather than running in isolation.
