

The process started with customer research and interviews, carried out in cooperation with AKU Collective, to map the priorities and expectations of the target audience. Interviews with internal stakeholders ran in parallel to understand Utilitas' business, vision, and objectives from the inside.
Based on the findings, the website structure and content priorities were defined. The design phase focused on building blocks and components rather than complete page views, which gave more flexibility during content integration. The website was developed on WordPress, with a headless solution implemented later to meet higher security and performance requirements.
The new website launched in April 2023. It effectively communicates Utilitas' commitment to sustainability and strengthened the company's brand identity across different user segments.
