The tool was designed based on 100+ interviews with business owners. The work covered the full product journey from build to launch to ongoing optimization. That included iterative prototyping, UX and UI design, and software development, followed by branding, SEO setup, social media and email marketing setup, and then advanced tracking, digital marketing campaigns, and continuous experimentation.

Since launch, the user experience has continued to be refined and marketing initiatives have been developed to grow the audience.

The results include 100+ active users, 500+ social media followers, a collaboration with Swedbank, one of the largest banks in the Baltics, and selection to the Mastercard Lighthouse startup program.
